因疫情關係，場地設有人數限制：

– 只參加個人項目的小朋友，只可以有一位成人陪同入場

– 參加一項或以上親自競技，可有兩位成人陪同入場

Due to the epidemic situation, there will have entry limit for each participant:

– Only be accompanied by ONE adult, if only apply for individual events

– Accompanied by TWO adults, if apply for at least one Parent-child race

🔸流程
1. 填寫健康申報表 (比賽前7日內)
(Fill in the health declaration form (within 7 days before the competition))
2. 於報到處領取號碼布及入場手帶
(Pick up the number bib and admission hand strap at the registration area)
– 男子及女子2018-2019年出生組別 2:45pm – 3:15pm報到
(Reporting time for Boys and Girls Year 2018-2019: 2:45pm – 3:15pm)
– 男子及女子2016-2017年組別 4:45pm – 5:15pm報到
(Reporting time for Boys and Girls Year 2016-2017: 4:45pm – 5:15pm)
– 男子及女子2013-2015年組別 6:50pm – 7:20pm報到
(Reporting time for Boys and Girls Year 2013-2015: 6:50pm – 7:20pm)

⚠️大會有權更改比賽時間，以當場宣布為準。
(The Organizer shall have the right to change the time of all the events. Participants should listen to announcements through the competition.)
⚠️大會不設上訴，一切賽果以當場裁判長的判決為準。
(No appeal will be accepted. The decisions of the Chief Referee on the spot will be final.)
⚠️除參賽運動員外，所有人士不得進入比賽場地 (2018-2019年組別除外)
(Except for participating athletes, all people are not allowed to enter the competition venue (except for the Year 2018-2019))
⚠️2018-2019年組別之運動員可由一位家長陪同進入比賽場地
(Athletes in the Year 2018-2019 can be accompanied by a parent to enter the competition venue)
⚠️時間會因應人數有所變動，大會將保留最終決定權
⚠️所有進入場地的人士需跟從政府「疫苗通行證」的最新安排，即與進入餐廳安排相同。詳情可參考網站：https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/vaccine-pass.html

🔸防疫指引
– 每位入場人士需填寫健康申報表 (包括参加者及陪同人士)
(Everyone who enters the venue is required to fill out a health declaration form (including the participant and an accompanying person))

– 請於報到時交給報到場區工作人員
(Please show the email to the staff at the registration site when you register)
